Hooked!

Why Lake Garda?

With a strong draw to Lake Garda through a passion of sailing and watersports, extra temptation came with an old ‘Vernile’ stone building that was tumbling down quietly in its own space overlooking Lake Garda. It became a project to breathe new life into it and slowly over the years it has come alive again and is now a delightful place to rest, absorbing the resounding nature from the mountains around, the dark stary nights and the views down towards Lake Garda.

The nature enhances the yoga connection and there are many bike rides and walks and activities directly from this gateway to Ledro valley.

Looking forward to pointing you in all the right directions

Lez Yoga ...

While running my own windsurfing holiday business in Egypt in my 20's and 30's, i discovered how beautifully yoga complimented the windsurfing and latterly the kitesurfing vibe i had created on a raw and wild desert beach. This began my yoga experience, initially studying a dedicated pathway of ashtanga yoga with Jane Sleven and Paul Dallaghan. Working in Samahita Thailand's retreat centre bought all aspects of teaching approaches and knowledge through the door.  I became deeply interested in Yoga Therapy and completed a diploma in London, finding my original BSc studies in Human Biology had their career purpose after all!

Now finding myself living so close to raw nature once again and experiencing its centering effects, the fusion of yoga, nature and teaching seems to be delightfully in front of me.
